What LDN is and how it differs from standard naltrexone

Standard oral naltrexone is a prescription drug approved for alcohol dependence and for blocking the effects of externally administered opioids. In the U.S., the familiar tablet strength is 50 mg.

The strongest way to talk about LDN is also the most honest one: it may be worth discussing in selected cases, but it should not be marketed as a proven immune reset or a broad anti-inflammatory solution.
